🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Typical order processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Note: Order processing time may vary based on product availability or order volume.

  • All products are shipped using secure, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
  • Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options may be offered depending on location and carrier availability.
  • Nuvion Labz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that research products can legally be imported into their country.
  • Customs clearance delays may occur depending on destination country regulations.
  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@nuvionlabz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of packaging and product
    • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and respond promptly.
Valid claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Nuvion Labz is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows a successful delivery.

 

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research peptides, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or reconstituted products.
  • We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, order errors, or misuse.
  • Replacement or credit may only be issued in cases of:
    • Shipping damage
    • Order fulfillment error
    • Proven product defect upon arrival

To qualify for a replacement, all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

 

🧾 Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • In rare cases, a restocking fee may apply to canceled orders.
