🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Typical order processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Note: Order processing time may vary based on product availability or order volume.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@nuvionlabz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of packaging and product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and respond promptly.
Valid claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Nuvion Labz is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows a successful delivery.
❌ Return Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research peptides, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns for opened, used, or reconstituted products.
- We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, order errors, or misuse.
- Replacement or credit may only be issued in cases of:
- Shipping damage
- Order fulfillment error
- Proven product defect upon arrival
To qualify for a replacement, all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
🧾 Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@nuvionlabz.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- In rare cases, a restocking fee may apply to canceled orders.
