💳 Refund & Replacement Policy

At Nuvion Labz, we pride ourselves on quality and accuracy in every order.
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and lab compounds, all sales are considered final once shipped.
This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which a refund or replacement may be granted.

 

No Refunds for the Following

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Items opened, tampered with, or reconstituted
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Packages lost or delayed after successful delivery confirmation

🧪 Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or restock the item due to contamination and safety protocols.

 

Refunds or Replacements May Be Issued If:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • A valid defect in the product is reported upon arrival

In these cases, customers must:

  1. Notify us at support@nuvionlabz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include the order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product at no extra cost
  • Store credit toward a future order
  • Refund (at our sole discretion)

 

🕒 Claim Time Frame

All refund or replacement claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.

 

📦 Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is approved, Nuvion Labz will cover the cost of shipping the new product.
